3 egg whites 1/4 cp almond milk 1/4 cp coconut flour 1 tbsp cinnamon Stevia (optional)  Mix coconut flour, cinnamon and stevia and then add almond milk. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold into mix. Mix until no more clumps. Cook in Teflon pan with oil spray.  For 3 pancakes: Cal: 182 Carbs: 17g Protein: 15g Fat: 4g Fiber: 10g Sugar: 2g
