Rum Chata Cake Truffle...Amazing! One box of white cake mix, substitute the water with Rum Chata, 1/3 Cup oil, 3 eggs. Bake according to package directions. Once cooled, crumble cake in a bowl and add 12 oz. of cream cheese frosting (homemade is better because it is less sweet), also add another 1/3 cup of Rum Chata. Roll cake mix into balls and cool in refrigerator. Melt white chocolate and dip the cooled cake balls into the chocolate. Decorate and ENJOY!
