Salad in a jar for meal prep! Put all of your wet ingredients at the bottom, top with dry ingredients, when you are ready to eat it dump it on a plate and its a salad with the dry at the bottom and wet on top. Add tuna, avo, and your own salad dressing (lemon juice, evoo, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and cilantro). In the jars I put tomatoes, radish, diced garlic, hard boiled egg, green onions, and spinach. Perfect for the week!
