It is important that you learn to embrace fun when you are at rehab. If you do not notice the fun then, it may elude you when you go home, too. Fun is an integral part of life. If you only think that your past was fun, you will long to revisit it. Rehab can be a lot of fun, too. People at rehab are not working 100% of the time. There are downtimes as well where you can relax. If you learn to embrace fun during these times, you learn to not get as overwhelmed.
