Make your own instant oatmeal packets: 1/3 cup quick oats 1 tsp milk powder pinch of salt 2 tsp light brown sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon in snack sized ziplock bag. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to one packet. Stir and let sit for 1 minute then enjoy. Add diced apples and/or raisins or dried cranberries optional.
egg + favourite herb + baking at 180 deg = delicious snack for attack phase in dukan diet! (variation: add leftover chicken for added flavour, or place a round of shaved beef in muffin cup and crack egg into it)
I forgot about these vegee bars! soo good! Spread out 2 (8oz) packages of refrigerated crescent roll dough onto an 18x12 cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-13 min. Let cool. Mix 6 oz. cream cheese with 1 oz. ranch dressing powder (1 packet). Spread on cooled crescents. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and veggies of your choice. Great with broccoli, cauliflower,carrots, bell pepper, sweet peppers, etc (make sure to cut them into very small pieces).
Veggie Pizza ?. I only use 1pack of cream cheese and no mayo 1 cup of sour cream 1tsp dill 1/4tsp garlic pepper, and 1pack ranch seasoning. And veggies and shredded cheeses. I do use 2 packages of fridge cresant rolls put in jelly roll pan poke with fork let sit 5 minutes before baking for ten. Let the crust cool completely before putting cream cheese and seasoning mix........yum yum.
