Protein Shake.  It will give you energy any time you need it!  I added Pine nuts to give you the protein needed ( instead of the powder protein)  Ingredients:  ❥ 3 Tbsp of Gluten-Free Oatmeal  ❥ 2 Tbsp of raw almond butter  ❥ 1 apple (cored)  ❥ ¼ tsp of organic nutmeg  ❥ 1 ½ tsp of organic cinnamon  ❥ ½ cup ice  ❥ 1/3 cup Raw pine nuts  ❥ 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (beverage, not canned)    Instructions:  Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
