Sunset in Suffolk - Herringfleet Mill or Walker's Mill is a Grade II listed smock drainage mill, c1820. The mill was disused in 1883, but later put back to work until 1956. The last pumping mill of its type, it has been restored back to working order and officially opened on 25 July 1958 by Charles Howlett, who had been marshman at the mill for over forty years This type of windmill got its name from its resemblance to smocks worn by farmers in an earlier period.
