How To Make Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie ½ cups Banana, Frozen 1 cup Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Your Choice 2 Tablespoons Or 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ½ cups Ice

Simple thai noodle soup. Chuck in extra chilli and lime leaves and juice for a gorgeous zing.

A wonderfully warming noodle soup, with fragrant spices and a little heat all balanced with rich coconut milk.

1 banana  1 small apple or 1/2 large (I’ve been using Honeycrisp but any will do)  1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk  1 tbsp chia seeds (don’t have them? just leave ‘em out)  1 large handful spinach  4-5 ice cubes

Almond Joy Milkshake.  You'll Need: Coconut milk, shredded/flaked coconut, almond butter, cocoa powder, medjool dates (or honey), vanilla extract and dark chocolate.

24 Day Challenge Turkey  -Butterball turkey breast(read directions on the package for how much water to add)  place turkey in crockpot with one sliced lemon and a tad of lemon juice. I added a small can of carrots(with no salt) just to see how they would do. Seasoned with Mrs. Dash Lemon pepper seasoning. Very  tender! (cook for one hour on high and 8 hours on low) Great for sandwiches of lean protein portion of your meal! ENJOY!
