1 banana 1 small apple or large (I’ve been using Honeycrisp but any will do) 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds (don’t have them? just leave ‘em out) 1 large handful spinach ice cubes
24 Day Challenge Turkey -Butterball turkey breast(read directions on the package for how much water to add) place turkey in crockpot with one sliced lemon and a tad of lemon juice. I added a small can of carrots(with no salt) just to see how they would do. Seasoned with Mrs. Dash Lemon pepper seasoning. Very tender! (cook for one hour on high and 8 hours on low) Great for sandwiches of lean protein portion of your meal! ENJOY!
