For HYK- for the inspiration For the first time in many many years, Husband and I have been actually discussing a real "getaway" vacatio.

Served the apple pomegranate salad for Thanksgiving this year.  It was a hit.  It is a a crunchy, fresh tasting salad that works well with the heavier dishes of the holiday.  The pomegranate seeds, celery and pecans make it look festive.  I would eat this year around.
