deck revamp on $150 used large PVC and PVC elbows for the supports and plumbing straps to anchor the PVC to the deck and under the roof (look at the upper left side of the photo - you'll see PVC & strapping tape. I used giant plastic circles (thrift store to attach the fabric to the top 3 supports. I used very small pvc thru pockets on the back of the fabric to make the canopy look "poufy".
