Paleo cobb salad for a late lunch! Hi it's me @leahsplate still here! I love using blue zeal in my overnight oats! It adds the best flavor and I love the thick consistency it gives the oats!! Make it: 1/2 cup oats 2 tablespoons @leapsmoothies blue zeal 1/2 mashed banana 3/4 cup almond milk Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well to combine - cover and place in fridge overnight. In the morning top with fruit, almond butter and a sprinkle of more blue zeal! SO GOOD! #taketheleap
