Lebanese Meatballs: ground beef and lamb with spices and goat cheese broil for 18 minutes, flipping once in the middle. Also, add lebanese spices to meat: ginger, cumin, corrinader, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg. Add fresh parsley, and scallions.
Lebanese Meatballs. Excellent--handled very lightly so they were fluffy and not dense/hard. Used all beef (no lamb on hand) and finely minced white onion as I didn't have green onions, made them appetizer size and fried in a skillet with olive oil. Packed into pita with homemade tzatziki, they were delicious!
