Thank goodness for a decent meal. I'm no chef but this meal has been my favorite this week (primarily because I've made some awful ones)! Chicken tenders sautéed in coconut oil w/ wilted kale & red onion steamed carrots and broccoli. Yes I'm one of those weirdos who like kale. I haven't had caffeine sugar flour or dairy for 6 days and I haven't hurt anyone....YET!
