he Kindergarten Smorgasboard: I have several workmats that I made out of construction paper.  I programmed them with numbers to 10 (or 20) both in order and mixed up.  Students place number cards on the numbers.  We do this as a race.  The first time they do it, I time them.  Then they do it again and try to beat their time.  This has been a very effective game for my students who need a little extra help with numbers! Check his blog for how he does his math block.
