Herb-Crusted Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream -- I seared this then moved to slow cooker. Cooked on top of red wine, red potatoes, carrots and onions. I rubbed with Horseradish Mustard instead of Regular Mustard and making Horseradish Cream.
