Zippy Ground Beef Skillet- surprisingly awesome! I added just a little more salt after it was done cooking and used canned green chilis instead of jalapeno and it was so good even reheated the next day!
"Snails". I made this by mixing cream cheese with chopped dill pickles and chopped ham, then spreading on whole wheat tortillas. Roll the tortilla up, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Before serving, cut into slices. You can use any filling you like. (PB for kids?)
