Snickerdoodles (Misty's): 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour, 2 t. cr of tartar, 1 t. b. soda, 1/4 t. salt, 2 T sugar, 2 T. cinnamon.  Preheat over to 400.  Mix sugar, marg, shortening thoroughly.  Add eggs.  Stir in flour, tartar, soda and salt until well blended.  Shape into balls.  Mix sugar and cinn and roll in this mixture.  Bake 8-10 min.  Immediately remove from cookie sheet to cool. ~Elaine
