Butternut Vegan "Mac & Cheese" - this is SO GOOD! No soy, no nutritional yeast, no fake cheese - just good for you, whole food ingredients. It's a super easy, fast recipe. Will TOTALLY make this again! Note: we doubled the sauce (for 1 package of noodles); I like my mac n' cheese extra cheesy - if you do, too, double the sauce (and if you don't, double it anyways and then save half for the next package). :) A+
