Cora Pearl: Probably the classiest gal on the list, Cora was born in England in 1835 with much less than a silver spoon in her mouth. She pulled off a French education though, and she used her good looks and social grace to claw her way to the top... even if she had to dance naked and bathe naked in champagne a few times. Whatever.
