Eating Healthier at Fast Food Restaurants. The items listed fall generally under 400 calories or so, under 15 grams of fat, and under about 600 milligrams of sodium. If you are going to be stuck eating at such restaurants this is a fairly good guideline to use for any meal.
No photos of them, but I LOVE the cream cheese & orange marmalade omelet. The eggs and salmon is also good (haven't tried it with asparagus) I usually eat the smoked salmon with a poached egg, mmmm mmmm!
