Preparations for the New York State Division LAW meeting to be held in this city Wednesday and Thursday August 19 and 20 are being prosecuted in a manner that warrants the prediction that the tournament will be superior to any similar meeting ever held in this State. ... The track committee said it had secured the track of the Rochester Driving Park Association and that the course will be put in excellent condition. _The Wheel_, Volume 7 Febrary 27, 1891,
