Fantastic Taco Casserole...awesome easy and quick 4 layer casserole. Coarsely crush Fritos corn chips. Place in greased dish. Cook refried beans, 1 cup salsa, 1 cup cheese until hot and melted. Add to top of chips. Cook ground beef or turkey using taco seasoning mix. Add to top of beans. Sprinkle with cheese, chopped green onions, and sliced black olives. Bake until cheese is melted. Take out of oven and top with chopped tomatoes. Yum!

nice twist on a taco salad...this is what it looks like out of the oven and then you top it with torn lettuce and diced avocado and stick tortilla chips all around on the outside edge. blog shows step by step pics. :)
