Perfect sushi ricei! It’s neither difficult or scary to make yourself at home. In truth there’s only one trick….The RICE. You need to get the rice right. That’s the hardest part because it’s the only cooking that even happens and the rest is all about choosing quality fresh fish and honing in on your delicate knife skills.
Made this last night with some homemade miso soup (added okra for fun) and a kelp noodle salad. I added avocado and cucumber to this recipe. It is delicious. It's my lunch snack today. YUM! Sushi again soon, please!
