English muffins GF, Vegan: .5 c sorghum flour, .25 c teff flour, .5 c tapioca starch, .25 c potato starch, 1 t xanthan gum, .5 t salt, 1 T sugar, 1 T yeast, 1 t olive oil, .75 c plus 1 T hot water (110*): mix dry, add oil & water, cornmeal on bottom of rings, let rise 20 min, bake 375 15min
