On the Go for 2 Morning Smoothie   8 oz Vanilla Almond milk  1 cup Ras/Straw/Blackberry frozen mix  1 scoop Ground Flaxseed  1 scoop Vanilla Protien Powder  1/2 scoop non fat frozen yogurt  3 crushed ice cubes  I make mine the night before (minus the ice) stick it in the fridge, throw it on the blender in the AM, and share with my son as we both head out the door. Yummy!

Cherry Mocha Chocolate Smoothie:    1 frozen banana  1/3 cup pitted cherries (frozen or fresh)  1 cup brewed coffee, chilled  1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk  2 Tablespoons vanilla brown rice protein powder  2 teaspoons cocoa powder (I used raw cacao powder)  1-2 drops of liquid stevia for added sweetness (optional)
