• 250 g Prawns of any size from, fresh medium to large

• 7 Garlic cloves
• 1 inch Ginger
• 17 Kashmiri chilies, dry red
• 1 1/2 tsp Pepper corn
Baking & Spices
• 2 Cardamom, green
• 4 Cloves
• 2 tbsp Rice flour
• 1 Salt as required
• 1/2 cup Semolina
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seed
Other
• 2.5 tbsp coconut vinegar / white vinegar or as required
• 2 Marble sized tamarind ball without seed or pulp
