Refrigerator Oatmeal: Heaping 1/3 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 container Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of milk of your choice. Mix well then add 1 T. Chia seeds or ground flaxseed, lots of cinnamon, 1 tsp Peanut butter( natural). Top with fruit of your choice. Let sit overnight in fridge to set. No cooking required. Warm in microwave in am:-) Can sweeten with 1T. Sugar free or maple syrup.
Zucchini Lasagna - I didn't grill the zucchini before, I didn't use meat, I used jazzed up jar sauce, added lots of mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic, and put a bunch of spinach on top of the ricotta layer. It was really tasty! by kristie
Delicious recipe from my mom. Made this tonight - success!! Mix together: 1pack onion soup mix, can cream of mushroom soup, can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cups water, 1. 1/4 cups rice. Put in 9x13 casserole. Place chicken on top (can use thighs, breasts, legs, etc.) Cover tightly (Can use foil). Bake 2 hours. Don't add salt.
Simple Sesame Noodles - simple & delicious comfort food. I used honey instead of white sugar and red pepper flakes instead of hot chili oil. Maybe add 1 less tbsp of canola oil next time, but super tasty overall and a hit with the fam.
