Okay so we were actually lacking a little on the regular vegetables so we didn't get in 15... But the stew was still amazing👌 all that was in it was flank steak, white onion, garlic, water seasoned with lemon🍋 and pepper (broth was the water with steak in it!), carrots, zucchini🍆, green cabbage, green onion🌱, green beans, tomato🍅, mushrooms🍄, and broccoli🌳 usually there is some turnip and celery action but we forgot to but that... Breakfast before a big day of training for me! Running and weights today I woke up SO hungry and light headed this morning.. It's really annoying to sometimes have hunger cues and a lot of the time not. Like instead of feeling hungry, I'll just start crying, have an extremely hard time making up my mind, etc. and almost/sometimes will have a meltdown because my blood sugar goes so low time to make changes. This kind of thing is not healthy physically or mentally, and it's defiantl...

Starving by the time I had lunch (which was at like 2:30😱) but hard boiled eggs, turkey with steamed carrots and peppers, half a sweet tater☺️💪❤️ and some frozen grapes!

Egg white proats with vanilla Spirulina protein powder, blueberries and a couple mango slices with a side poached egg. My legs are in a lot of pain from yesterday's race hahahaha yikes😁 today is active recovery day so that calls for some walk/jogging, biking, swimming and of coarse lots of stretching, whirl pooling, foam rolling and icing

Changing it up and deciding to have toast for breakfast instead of oatmeal because I have been craving real like @greatharvest like CRAZY (also been craving mushrooms a lot.... Idek) Anyways, they are a local bakery by my house and I love that everything they make is from whole, simple and healthy ingredients! sooo here's a much needed breakfast change up of avocado (#thebae) toast, a pepper spinach and mushroom egg scramble and a honey crisp of course
