Light Chipotle Ranch Dressing - A Favorite! I made this 1/16/15 and I love it! I followed the recipe but used 1 teaspoon of dried dill instead of the 1 tablespoon of fresh dill (I forgot to put it on my shopping list). I used light Hellmann's and 2 1/2 chipotles and the dressing has a nice kick! I am not limiting this to just salads. I put it on Confetti Chicken Tacos instead of using sour cream and OMG....it was spicy heaven!
