Jayma Bazaar - Osh, Kyrgyzstan * Osh is one of the oldest cities of Central Asia--perhaps even older than Rome. Curacavi Valley - Chile * Winemaking first came to Chile via Spanish conquistadors and missionaries, but the industry didn't take off until noble French wine varieties were planted in the mid-19th century. Chile is now the world's fifth-largest wine producer, and the Curacavi Valley vineyards and others are an easy day trip from Santiago.
