My homemade miso soup recipe Ingredients: 4 cups of Dashi Homemade or Store bought 1to 1/2 cups of dried wakeame (kelp) 5 tbsp of white miso paste 1/2 onion chopped 2 green onions (scallions) chopped 1. Orzo with Arugula Sauce   One of my favorite go-to cookbooks is Jacques Pepin’s Essential Pepin. I love how every time I open it I find something new to make. Here’s my version of his simple side.
