Chicken Casserole  1 cup of cheese  1 can cream of chicken soup 1 8oz can of sour cream 2 chicken breast or 4 chicken strips 1 bag of rice 1 sleeve of ritz crackers 1 stick of butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken, and cheese in a bowl. Cook rice and chicken. Then add to mixture. In a separate bowl crush up ritz crackers and add melted butter. Put in a baking dish with ritz cracker mix on the top. Bake for 15 minutes.
