Creamy Spinach Sausage Pasta. - cook penne or rigatoni al dente - in skillet or dutch oven cook bacon, italian sausage, and chopped onion until sausage is not pink - add cream cheese, mozarella, italian diced tomatoes, and thawed frozen spinach, mix thoroughly - mix with pasta and pour into baking dish - bake at 350 for 35 min. add mozarella on top and continue baking until cheese is melted
