I'm so guilty of this y'all. Praying and bringing my worries to God : laying them at His feet, saying amen, then stepping into my day and ... seconds later I find them back on my shoulders like an old, familiar, heavy backpack. Clearly I don't leave them with Him. I talk to Him about them, pick 'em up, and go about my day, as the worries continue to tease and torment my heart. Anxious mind, you stink. Panic attacks, I loathe you. So how do we fully leave our worries with God? I don't think…
