First post on this account . For years I have followed fitness accounts on Instagram and have always loved looking at other people's health & fitness journeys. Today I bit the bullet and made my own account separate from my personal to solely post about my weight loss health & fitness goals etc. This is so out of my comfort zone so please no hating . Happy Monday!  Time for a fitness journey update!   I've been eating pretty healthy and it feels great on my body. I did have Baskin Robins ice cream yesterday and one of their cookies too. I immediately crashed after eating it. I had to take a 30 minute nap in between my meal prep. The feeling is horrible... like I lose control of my body. I don't know why I do it. I have learned that when I eat over 50g of carbs in one sitting my body hates it and I immediately have to take a nap. So this…
