Key Lime Pie Smoothie Ingredients: (makes 2 glasses) 1 avocado 1 frozen banana juice and zest of 1 fresh lime 2/3 cup chilled coconut milk ( soy or cashew can work, too) 2 packets stevia ( or 1/4 cup agave syrup and add a bit more, if needed) Directions: Blend everything (using just 1 stevia packet at first) until smooth. Taste and add one more stevia packet, if needed. If too thick, add water or ice cubes and blend again.
Brazilian Avocado Shake...actually this is more of a dessert down here, you put a little less milk and it becomes an avocado "cream" (sort of like a silky, light ice cream)! One of my all time favorites! Sooooo yummy...try it, you won't regret it!
