I used 1 box jiffy 1 can creamed corn 1 can green chili 1 egg 1 cup sour cream Ground meat onion garlic chili powder cumin salt pepper. Walmart brand enchilada sauce was the best! Mexican cheese for topping (might try regular cornbread mix next time jiffy is very sweet)
