-The KitchenMaid-: Random recipe #25: Bermuda Salad I did not make the sauce and just used canned marinara.  Also I added a bit of cornmeal to the breading and dredged the zucchini sticks in plain white flour before dipping in egg, I think it helps things stick better.  I baked them longer than 25 minutes as well, which I think maybe it was a little too long.
