In a medium bowl add 1/3c raw cashews or almonds ground into a fine powder, 1T Himalayan Goji Berries ground, 1/2T Raw Mesquite Powder, 1/4c NuttZo PF, 1/4c NuttZo Original, 1/8c mini dark choc chips, 1/3c Bob’s Red Mill Muesli, 1T honey. Mix all ingredients with your hands. Roll into 8 small balls. Refrigerate them for at least 3 hours in a closed container. Then roll each ball in cocoa powder and enjoy!
