Pesto in Vitamix:  1/2 cup olive oil; 1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese;  3 cloves of garlic peeled;  2 cups of fresh basil;  3 T pine nuts (can substitute walnuts);  S&P to taste

Baked Chocolate Glazed Donuts

In a medium bowl add 1/3c raw cashews or almonds ground into a fine powder, 1T Himalayan Goji Berries ground,  1/2T Raw Mesquite Powder, 1/4c NuttZo PF, 1/4c NuttZo Original, 1/8c mini dark choc chips, 1/3c Bob’s Red Mill Muesli, 1T honey.  Mix all ingredients with your hands.  Roll into 8 small balls.  Refrigerate them for at least 3 hours in a closed container.  Then roll each ball in cocoa powder and enjoy!
