JO'S ROSEMARY BREAD ~ Rosemary has my heart. This is beyond fabulous (and I even forgot the Italian seasoning). I made the dough in the bread machine (using unbleached flour, not bread flour), shaped it into 2 loaves and let it rise. As recommended by a recipe reviewer, I brushed with olive oil and baked it...375 for 20 min., then 425 for almost another 10 min. I also spritzed it with water 3x during the baking process. So tender and flavorful!
