The Michigan State men's soccer team defeated Bowling Green, 1-0 on Wednesday evening at DeMartin Stadium. It marks the fourth shutout for the Spartans in five games. With the victory, the Spartans are now 4-1-0, while the Falcons own a 1-3-2 record.
Michigan State looks forward to a challenging weekend slate from the Big Ten. MSU starts off with a match against No. 21 Michigan in East Lansing on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 3 p.m. The Spartans then head to Iowa to faceoff with the Hawkeyes on Sunday, Oct. 6 at 2 p.m. Michigan State is currently 7-2-2 on the season with a Big Ten record of 1-2-0.
