Gluten free~From Primal Blueprint, this hot cereal is a change from oatmeal which we eat a lot of once the weather gets cooler as a quick breakfast before work. 1/2 c. Almonds, 1/2 c. Pecans, 1/2 banana, cinnamon and salt, 1/4 c. Almond milk or coconut milk, pulse all ingredients in food processor and pulse then heat on stove or in microwave and add fruit!
