One-Pot Chicken and Brown Rice-  browned boneless skinless chicken thighs and removed, deglazed with white wine, added garlic to onion, sauted for 2 mins- not 20!, added butter and carrots to rice, put chicken back in pan on top while rice cooked- much nicer presentation. Season well- bland with just salt & pepper
