Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs. I have made ribs in a similar fashion using the oven, but am intrigued by the rubbing of lemon before adding the dry rub. I want to try her dry rub and bbq sauce as well! Her dry rub is eh.
Saucy Country-Style Oven Ribs - This recipe uses boneless country-style ribs and boils then bakes them. I added a thick layer of minced garlic on one side of the ribs on top of the bbq sauce. These ribs were delicious!
Italian Breaded Pork Chops I made these using boneless porkchops. I made six with the dry ingredients and there was still plenty left to coat more pork chops. Next time I'll use less bread crumbs and eggs so I don't have so much waste.
