Antelope Canyon is absolutely mystifying. Located in far north Arizona near the city of Page, you need an Indian guide to visit this wonderful place. I suggest coming here when the sun is directly overhead so it shines into the very thin slot canyon. You then will be able to fully appreciate the beauty in the smooth pink and orange walls of eroded Navajo sandstone.
Red Canyon Although not very famous, this slot canyon sure is beautiful. It can be found near Orderville, Utah and is also known as the ‘Red Cave’. Part of Zion National Park – which is 229 square miles in size – some say it is even better to visit this spot when water is running between the canyon walls.
