I especially like that this illustrates the difference between putting the knife and fork in the "rest" position" and the "finished" position, although I was taught to signal a finished meal with the knife and fork placed a little higher on the side of the plate. A lot of people (including a few "experts") mistakenly treat the rest position as a sign that they are done with the meal.
