Mint dog biscuits!! 1 cup of fresh chopped mint leaves 2 large eggs 1/3 cup canola oil 3 tbsp of honey 4-5 drops of peppermint oil 4-5 drops of green food color (opt) 1 1/2 cups of flour 1/3 corn meal 1/2 tsp baking soda preheat oven 350 degrees mix wet ingredients together in large bowl then gradually add dry mix well. turn out on to floured surface and knead until smooth and roll out. cut into shapes, bake 15- 20 minutes until hard but don't let them turn brown.
