Art Therapy: Art May Aid Depression - Recent Study Shows the Brain react as if it were in love (chemically) when looking at art

This was a project for a mental health arts festival. This shows the line from the famous Beatles song 'Eleanor Rigby' - Wearing a mask that she keeps in a jar by the door.  This is to symbolise how sufferers of depression put on a 'happy face' to the rest of the world, but when alone the mask goes back in the jar and the melancholy face returns. This is aimed at being more accepted. I have suffered depression most of my child and adult life, the worst episodes being in the last eleven…
