Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Pinch Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Red wine vinegar
Dairy
  • 16 oz Yogurt, plain
Fast & Easy Ground Beef Gyros (inspired by Alton Brown) ~ 2 lbs ground beef (chuck), 1 finely chopped medium onion, 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic, 1 Tbsp dried marjoram, 1 Tbsp dried ground rosemary, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper (or use Cavender's Seasoning).
