Lemon Baked Cod: We ate this with some white rice on the side. Also added some lemon zest to the breading. The flavor was really good and wasn't too fishy. We'd make this again, though like all breaded meals it does make a mess.
2 lbs. of cod, 1 Tbsp. of chili powder, 2 tsps brown sugar ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper Olive Oil for cooking Super Simple Fish Recipe Directions - Rinse fish & pat dry, set aside. Mix the chili powder, brown sugar & the salt & pepper. Rub the mixture into the fish on all sides Heat the oil in a large skillet. Saute the fish until it flakes easily.
Put this sh!t on anything! Especially fish tacos. I made this last night. Incredible. I made the rice too, I just added a bit of salt and a dollop of the sauce. Great for summer. My fish was just tilapia and I gave it just a flour roll with a it of cummin and coriander in the flour. And a generous helping of cabbage. Must have!
Tater tot and hot dog casserole. Place tater tots in pan. Cut hot dogs into bites and mix with tots. (use as many as you want. I like mine with lots) Add a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup and 1/2 can of water. Optional to add a can of baked beans. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with ketchup or salsa.
